Return and refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. EU consumers may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, where applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
